The Speaker stated that, without objection, the following, which had           
been advanced to third reading from the May 11, 1998 First                     
Supplemental calendar (page 3828), would be moved to the bottom of

"An Act providing for the forfeiture of good time sentence credits            
of sex offenders who fail to successfully complete sex offender                
treatment programs."
